Carrollton Designs, Inc. (CDI) was founded in 1993 after President and Lead Designer, Bob Carroll, left one of the largest and most well-known design firms in the Pacific Northwest to pursue a new style and technique in home design.

The 30 years of experience CDI offers in the home design and construction industries has benefitted many quality builders in the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

CDI uses Auto Desk's CAD and Revit drafting software to ensure the most consistent plans for accuracy and scalability. The files generated can easily be shared with engineering and surveying companies to allow for better site plan placement and document accuracy.
